These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Susu Digital platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Susu Digital guarantees 99.9% system uptime. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide at least 48 hours' notice to ensure your operations are not disrupted.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Fees

Fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in temporary suspension of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Susu Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or profits.
